We are an independent cross-border property advisory. We are engaged by buyers to coordinate the sourcing, due diligence, and purchase workflow for South African property. We are not a real estate agent, buyer's agent, conveyancer, law firm, tax adviser, financial adviser, or immigration practitioner. Where those specialists are required, we coordinate with qualified professionals in the relevant jurisdiction.
